He hails from one of the most prestigious Darley families — a female line synonymous with elite performers and commercial appeal.

Anamoe won the Cox Plate, Caulfield Guineas, Sires’ Produce Stakes, George Ryder Stakes and many more. His first crop has been among the most sought-after of the sale, and for good reason.

The dam, Time Check (by Shamardal), is a proven producer and comes from a powerhouse female family. She is the dam of Willinga Beast, a Listed winner and Group-performed filly who was competitive at the very top level at two and three, along with multiple other winners.

Importantly, Time Check is a half-sister to blue-hen mare Essaouira, the dam of the brilliant Alizee, Astern, and Tassort to name a few.

This is a family that continues to shape the breed, generation after generation. The depth doesn’t stop there, with further black-type performers including Amur, Zulfiqar, Mamounia, and Mogador, highlighting the sheer strength and longevity of the line.
