The Wootton Bassett / Snitzel cross is becoming very impressive. From only 9 runners, it has already produced three stakes horses, an astonishing 33%! Among them is our own trained Wiltshire Square! Additionally, we currently train this colt's full sibling, High On The Hill, who won impressively, and we have high hopes along with lofty targets for him!

Wootton Bassett stands as a premier stallion across both hemispheres, consistently producing elite runners at the highest levels, boasting 75 Stakes Winners and 19 Group 1 winners globally. His Australian-bred offspring are already leaving a significant mark, and we’ve celebrated success with this lineage through the Group 1 Sires Produce Stakes second-place finisher State Visit and the Group 2 Stutt Stakes winner West Of Swindon. His European stars include the likes of Almanzor, Audarya, Al Riffa, Henri Matisse, and Camille Pissarro, underscoring his talent for siring top-tier performers and future stallions.

On the dam’s side, Waafiya is by Snitzel, the broodmare sire of nearly 50 individual stakes-winners. This pedigree is rich with strength, Waafiya descends from the exceptional racemare You’re So Good, a Listed winner and Group 1 runner-up who retired with earnings surpassing $300,000. She has already produced multiple winners, including Amigo, a stakes-performed sprinter who shone in the Gr 3 Manfred Stakes.
