A dual Group One winner and Champion New Zealand three-year-old colt, he is the highest-rated three-year-old in New Zealand since Bonecrusher. Xtravagant's career highlights include two dominant Group One victories by a combined margin of over 16 lengths! He made a sensational debut at two, winning by eight lengths, and went on to capture the Group One New Zealand 2000 Guineas by a stunning eight and a half lengths in record time!  
Xtravagant boasts an impressive strike rate of winners to runners at 60.7%! Among these winners are notable stakes winners such as Lavish Girl, Arts, Devoted, He’s Xceptional, and Xtravagant Star. He is also the sire of Nadal, a full brother to this colt, who dominated his rivals in the $1 million inaugural The Meteorite!

His dam, Moshki, was a remarkable stakes-winning two-year-old, renowned for her impressive victory in the Listed Cinderella Stakes. As a broodmare, Moshki has excelled, producing three winners from five runners to date, including two of our trained siblings, Nadal and Berezeka! This colt is also from the same family as the multiple stakes-placed Emphatically, another horse we trained, who notably finished second in the Group 3 Thoroughbred Breeders Stakes and Blue Diamond Preview! Moshki is from Zedski, a strong female line that has produced multiple winners. Zedski is a half-sister to Johanski and Skidoodle, the dam of Emphatically and Group placegetter, Tudor.
